Our Humble Beginnings
Oakley Waste Management was born out of necessity. As a division of Oakley Management, a property management company, we experienced firsthand the frustration of dealing with the aftermath of tenant move-outs and evictions. Overflowing dumpsters and mountains of junk that couldn’t fit were a constant headache.
We tried various junk removal companies, but we quickly realized we were faced with two frustrating choices: pay exorbitant prices for reliable service or settle for cheaper but unreliable alternatives that caused major disruptions to our operations.
The Oakley Solution
Determined to solve this problem, Oakley Management took matters into its own hands. We purchased a truck and began hauling bulk trash to the dump ourselves. What started as a simple solution for our own properties quickly caught the attention of other property managers facing the same issue. As they began reaching out to us for help, we saw a real gap in the market—and Oakley Waste Management was born.
